All requests for refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Customers are responsible for shipping any returned product back to us unless you received the wrong item or just wish to exchange (See Exchanges/wrong item below). Please first fill out our Return Authorization Form and then follow the Return Checklist below:
- All returning items must be unopened, in original packaging or less than 30% used to qualify for a refund.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the package along with the order number or the original packing slip.
- All return shipping postage costs must be paid by the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS to ship your returned product(s) back to us.

We issue all refunds via check by mail. After we receive your return and verify the contents, we will process your refund and send out your check. Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive your return for you to receive your check.
Exchanges / Received The Wrong Item?
We know that no one is perfect and mistakes can be made. If you’ve ordered the wrong item, received the wrong item(s) OR if you just want to exchange your product for something else? Please contact us and be sure to provide your order number.
Did we ship you an incomplete order? Please send an email to email@example.com, include your name and order number. Let us know what’s missing and we will get your missing products shipped out to you immediately.
