  • Free Shipping: Orders over $30 qualify for free standard delivery within the United States. 
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $30, a flat fee of $10 will be applied at checkout.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. 
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, weather disruptions, or carrier-related issues. 

4. Shipping Restrictions (Important Legal Notice)

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved kratom as a dietary supplement.
 Due to state, city, and county-level restrictions, we do not ship kratom products to the following locations:

  • States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin 
  • Cities: Denver (CO), San Diego (CA) 
  • Counties: Sarasota County (FL), Union County (MS) 

If you place an order with a shipping address in these restricted locations, your order will be canceled and refunded.

We ship orders through reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier choice may vary based on your location and order size.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order. 
  • Kratime is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 
  • If a package is lost, stolen, or delayed after being accepted by the carrier, responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.
